I believe every individual has the ability to improve their own health. In order to do that, people need to be empowered with knowledge on how dietary, lifestyle, and environmental factors are impacting their body. Nutrition Therapy is rooted in the belief that nutrient dense food, lifestyle habits, and an individualized supplement protocol can support the body’s natural healing process. Unlike conventional approaches that may focus on treating symptoms, Nutrition Therapy aims to address the root causes of health issues by nourishing the body with the right nutrients.

Rather than relying on quick fixes or temporary solutions, Nutrition Therapy encourages long-term habits that promote lasting health benefits, and are sustainable.

Please note: FNTP’s are not trained to diagnose or treat disease, illness or injury.

about me

The food you eat can be either the safest and most powerful form of medicine or the slowest form of poison.
— Ann Wigmore

Looking back I can’t believe how close I came to not watching my kids grow up. I remember laying on the bathroom floor, feeling utterly hopeless, and seeing only darkness as my future.

Stopping breastfeeding after my second child sent my hormones into a tailspin, triggering postpartum depression and anxiety. My children are close in age, and my hormones never had a chance to regulate between pregnancies. Desperate for relief, I visited a natural doctor who provided high-level tips on what not to eat, and recommended some supportive supplements. It was then that I discovered the incredible impact food could have on my mood, and my ability to heal myself. I felt like I had been given the tip of the iceberg and I needed to see what else lay beneath the waters that food could do.

Despite my efforts to clean up our home and food products with non-toxic items, I knew nothing about truly nourishing myself. I was completely depleted.

This hard, but transformative journey led me to learning more about how we can nourish ourselves and to reclaim the healthy, joyful lives we all deserve.

This journey eventually led me to become a Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (FNTP). Now, I'm dedicated to helping other women discover the power of proper nutrition and holistic health practices. I want to be a trusted resource for women seeking wellness tools, nutrition advice, and support for both themselves and their families.

You deserve to live a joyful life
